Yesterday and today we have been painting the school with white primer. We've been agonizing over what colors to finish the walls and the floor in the school. The original plan was white walls with green walls - anyone who is a University of Michigan fan will realize the severe problem with this plan. The obvious next plan was blue floors and maize walls with the columns painted blue (envision the football helmet) but then we everyone envisioned little hands running along the yellow walls. Fortunately, Micaela, an Industrial Design undergrad, made us a color palette. The eco-lodge is orange, and seems to absorb the enormous amounts of dust and dirt fairly well. We have decided on blue floors and orange walls, possibly with some yellow accents.
